Conversational analytics is an emerging area of business intelligence, merging NLP, visualization and enterprise communication. Integrating Slack, Tableau, and Salesforce enables analytics to occur within workflows, making them more accessible, easily understood, and faster for decision-making. Previous studies suggest that the incorporation of analytics into collaborative tools increases the precision of queries, user satisfaction and the confidence with which a decision is made. From the literature, benefits reported include users better understanding the query, quick access to insights, increased user satisfaction and increased confidence in decision making. These trends indicate the future of conversational analytics may significantly reshape how organizations interact with AI-enabled analytics systems.
