The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the banking and investment sectors has revolutionized financial risk management. This study explores the application of AI technologies to predict and mitigate financial risks, focusing on credit risk, market risk, and operational risk. By leveraging machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and advanced data analytics, financial institutions can enhance their risk assessment capabilities, improve fraud detection, and ensure regulatory compliance. The findings demonstrate that AI-driven risk management systems not only increase accuracy and efficiency but also provide real-time insights, enabling proactive decision-making. This research underscores the transformative potential of AI in fostering a more resilient and secure financial ecosystem.
