With increasing globalization, shared situations transcend national lines and contiguous boundaries as key factors. Globalization has dissolved national boundaries into a distinct set of situational particulars. There is an unrestrained phenomenal growth of public relations. This growth is really about the increasing presence of international institutional structures to define its practice and to legitimize it globally. International public relations structures accurately reflect the diversity of worldwide communication processes both in theory and in practice. International Public Relations presents issues related to cultural, social and economic factors that must be considered. The cultural differences among societies must affect public relations practices by peoples of different societies. This paper presents a comprehensive discussion of the structures for international public relations from a global perspective putting into cognizance the approaches.
